Function: buildWorkflowBundle()

buildWorkflowBundle(workflowsPath, options?): Promise<WorkflowBundleResult>

Bundle workflows once per distinct source. With the cache on (default) an unchanged source reuses <cacheDir>/<hash>.js and skips the slow webpack step on every restart.
